Mails Keep Getting delivered to Junk Folder

For issues related to mails getting delivered to Junk folder, the following step worked for me and you might want to try this when the usual steps of adding user to safe sender, checking blocked sender in Outlook doesn’t seem to solve.

Use Get-MailboxJunkEmailConfiguration -Identity <ID> to find if the mail address in question is in blocked senders list.

This list need not be the same as the one in our Outlook, nor modifying our Outlook blocked senders list has any effect on this.

If yes, use set-mailboxjunkemailconfiguration to modify this list, else continue troubleshooting J.
